About Dr. Drew Salisbury

A Mobile, Alabama native, Dr. Drew Salisbury understands the value of community and family. It was important for him to follow in his late father’s footsteps and join Premier Medical so that he could continue the tradition of building life-long relationships with his patients.

“Many people have a misconception about eye health,” he said. “It is not a one-off where you just get LASIK or glasses or contacts. It is about long-term eye health and wellness. I want to get to know my patients, understand their goals, and maintain their vision by providing a plan tailored to their needs.”

With his specialized training, access to the latest technology and commitment to providing the gift of clear vision, he looks forward to continuing to build his practice with patients who are like family.

"I treat each and every patient as I would treat my own family"

Dr. Salisbury is a cornea and refractive specialist who performs cataract surgery, LASIK, PRK, ICL, corneal transplants including PKP, DSAEK, DMEK, and DALK, and minimally Invasive glaucoma surgery. He also performs iLink cross-linking procedure, which is currently the only FDA-approved treatment for progressive keratoconus.
